Industrial/Organizational Psychologist (Consultant)

Part-time – Remote

We are seeking an experienced I/O Psychologist consultant to join our team to support our efforts to apply principles of psychology to human resources, administration, and management. We are a small business with a rapidly growing, global team of software engineers, and as you can imagine, as engineers, being aware of our fellow team members’ human needs isn’t our strength. While we are looking for a psychologist, we are also envisioning this role as having an element of performance coaching / therapy for our team members (if they need it).

Social Media Manager

Part-time – Remote

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead the efforts in identifying, creating, distributing, and publishing content to our social and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the standard methodologies of social platforms, including YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as confirmed by their active social media profiles and portfolio of work. They will understand the most current content strategies utilized by these platforms and be equipped to create videos, articles, headlines, and share language that best play to each of those platform’s strategies.
